I own a number of headphones, including Apple headphone, but these fit better(more solid) in ear. They fall out less. They have good quality sound. They seal out distractive noises pretty good as well.

The case, the software, the display were great. How much they actually inspected it I'm not sure. The laptop came with the wrong charger. I figured no big deal, I'd just go to local store and get right one. I almost had to get a refund until I requested a mgr. Not fun after installing updates and my software for a entire day. I could have spent 30 dollars more and got a Apple certified, may have been worth it.
