The show picks up after the events from Captain America: Winter Soldier. People were very disappointed that we did not get super powered people right away and were bashing the show. The show is about the Agent's of S.H.I.E.L.D., normal every day people who are dealing with arrival and aftermath of the arrival of the heroes and their villains.

Axl Johnson (Emmett Skilton) learns on his 21st birthday that he and his three older brothers are reincarnated Norse gods, and that there are a group of goddesses hell-bent on killing him in the first season of this drama. While Mike (Tim Balme), Anders (Dean O'Gorman) and Ty (Jared Turner) Johnson all seem to have special gifts, Axl's new godly role only seems to come with a quest--and not a very easy one at that! Axl must find the goddess Frigg in order to restore his brethren to their full powers and keep disaster from striking his entire family. Making life even more complicated for the guys are the women they are involved with: Axl's roommate Gaia (Keisha Castle-Hughes) has romantic feelings for him; Mike is trying to conceive a child with his wife Valerie (Roz Turnbull); Anders enters into a blood oath with a power-hungry goddess named Michele (Michelle Langstone); and Ty falls hard for Anders' assistant Dawn (Fern Sutherland).

Is a show that originally aired New Zealand from February 2011 to September 2013. It began airing on Syfy in July of this year which was heavily censored here in the states. It will be interesting to see the uncut/uncensored version of Season 1. I found it to be a interesting show.

It's like the show has never left. Rob Thomas has brought the aspect of the tv show to the big screen thanks to kickstarter campagian that was run to make this movie for the fans of the show. The fans wanted this movie made it raised 1 million dollars on kickstarter in 4 hours and 24 minutes which set a record on kickstarter. All the quirkiness and attitude that we loved in the show was here in the movie. So if you were a fan of the show and did not get a chance to see the movie. I recommend that you do. You will not be disappointed.

Loved the premise that this series went to the beginning of everything that we knew of Star Trek for the fans. For us to see how everything came to be that we know of Star Trek. I also liked the "Temporal Cold War" story line and how the first Enterprise and her first Captain had a play in it. But I'm a little biased because I'm such a huge Star Trek fan and have met 10 actors from all the series. Including Scott Bakula who played Captain Jonathan Archer for this series.
