Do this have to be connected to the cable wire? Hope I can just put it on the back on my TV without having wire running across the floor. Would like to know before buying. Thank you.
Just place near tv cord off Antena plugs to tv and power it up done no need to hook to preexisting coax wiring in home

Does this antenna work on all TVs even though very old ones
Yes it hooks up with a coax to tv threw the rf port on TV like old tvs antenna so picture won't be beyond 480 and will work on an older crt television

With my old antenna, when watching and exercising on the tread mill, I experience electrical interference on TV channels.. Will this new antenna prevent the interference?
The interference is most likely caused by ingress due to a loose are bad connection or power fluctuations to device make sure plug it straight to power plug in wall not power strip this causes issues with Internet t3 errors etc and also some digital reliever boxes so most likely same with this digital product
