Nonchalant is the best I can say

The delivery here, despite my warning of threshold obstacle, did not go smoothly. They left the machine in the cellar center hall and I had to have a couple of local guys hoist it (and the old machine) over the 2.5' threshold.
When the Geek crew returned to pick up the old machine they seemed almost indignant that I asked them to check the level of the installed machine. Using my level, they attempted to raise it but didn't get it level. Afterward, I got some shims and finished the job. They at least did get the old machine out...of the center hall.
Not a good experience.

Look strong and clean

I live at sea level on the Hudson River and we have terrific water pressure here coming from up in the hills. My old machine and hoses were 10+ years old, so the Best Buy installation requiremoent for new hoses didn't faze me.
I like the idea of the woven steel cladding and expect no surprises from them!

Does a Fine Job at a Great Price

I was hesitant after buying this, on account of the large number of negative reviews. So far, it has performed beautifully and is using a lot less water than my prior 10-year old machine that, ironically, stopped pumping outflow.
Without a center agitator, is takes some acclimation but has handled everything thrown in it so far. Got a great price from Best Buy that will go a long way overcoming any picayune deficiencies that may appear. Thanks!

A Real Pro at a Very Friendly Price

I didn't "need" to replace my old LaserJet 5MP, but it was balking at PDFs etc by way of many OS upgrades that were leaving its drivers behind. I ran across this machine on sale, and then found one on Best Buy Online reconditioned at even greater discount. In sum, It looks like new and this thoroughly modern and efficient machine performs--wirelessly--for about half the usual MSRP.
The folks at Best Buy were very helpful and got me going with an extra set of ink cartridges. From years ago, I never thought I would afford laser color, duplex printing and scanning/faxing, but the advances in technology and pricing have welcomed me through Best Buy's front door. Thanks.

Is the refurbished HP M277DW printer refurbished by the manufacturer, HP? Or is the refurbishing done by Best Buy?
To the best of my knowledge it is done by an HP contractor to their specs, with appropriate new parts, documentaion and boxes provided. I spoke with an HP rep before buying and he echoed my judgement: "Don't be afraid of something that has had human hands and attention laid on it."
