If you remember Dead Island with fondness, then Dead Island: Definitive Edition is the game for you. This fully remastered zombie horror includes both Dead Island and Dead Island Riptide, so that you can enjoy even more zombie crushing, killing and generally slaughtering, but this time, Dead Island: Definitive Edition looks like it will rip your face off.

i recently got to play the original on my ps4 (the ps3 version) through the streaming service Sony has on the PS4. (which isn't that good btw) and i liked the game. So when this is announced, i knew i wanted it. So i bought it... you can definitely see a big difference in the PS4 to PS3 version... they play about the same , the PS4 version is just way prettier. A lot of people like Dying Light better... me personally i think this one is about on the same level... Dying Light probably has slightly better gameplay... but they are both solid 8 out of 10s to me.
My only complaint would be uninteresting characters... everything else is on point and the game has a lot of replay value.
DEF worth 39.99
ESPECIALLY if you never played the original. You get the full game and a full expansion they released as DLC for 40 dollars

Find out what happens after Borderlands 2 in Tales From the Borderlands. Two adventurers are on a quest for greatness ~ or at least a nice pile of cash ~ but first they have to get around gangsters, bandit lords and vault hunters and eventually handle each other in Tales From the Borderlands.

What made this game great was the characters... i had a chance to play the first digital episode on my ps4, and at the time i couldn't really get into it. Bought the disc, played through the entire thing and really got into it.
Fiona was my favorite character. Good acting... lots of comedy... the game doesnt take itself too serious

The day of launch this game had quite a few bugs, i'll admit that... 24 hours later they seem to have been patched. The only bug you may experience, is during saves the game appears to "freeze" it lasts a few seconds... it's nothing major. i fail to see these "technical issues." We can talk about the frame-rate... and while it's not the best, i don't think i'd consider it an "issue" there's a lot of games on the PS4 that have framerate drops Fallout 4 is one... and that game got very high scores.
Speaking of Fallout, this games combat reminds me a lot of Fallout 4's and the climbing aspect reminds me of Dying Light. Modding your weapon anywhere - anytime is one of the coolest things I've seen in a shooting game. Mod a Cross Bow to a Flame Thrower (good example)
All upgrades must be bought with money you earn in the game. There's perks you can buy as well... speed, reload speed, extra life, sprint faster etc etc etc
Most underrated game of 2016! NOT FOR EVERYONE . If youre going in with a negative mind just skip the game

a lot of the complaints were because there was no PLAYER vs the CPU and the story mode isn't out yet. if you buy the game, you will be able to download it for free in a couple of months . those were the big complaints
this is also the only game where dlc can be earned for free. you can either buy it or earn it through fight money you earn by winning matches online (it may take a while) but it's still nice to have the option to grind/hustle for free dlc
i wasn't big on the character selection . besides the originals and mika and a few others i didn't like a lot of the newer characters.
