Decent enough for their small size

For music, they are fine, but when listening to spoken word, they're too bassy. If they'd added (as many do) a treble-bass knob, one could select according to desire. Unfortunately these speakers only have a volume knob.

Serves a 55" Sony. In order to mount it as securely as possible, I did elect to have my carpenter do it (including the soundbar). But that's just me. Still, its tilt and turn function, places the TV exactly where I want it.

Customer rep in the store demonstrated another brand that was on heavy discount. I then made a comparison. The Klipsch was dramatically superior. If it wasn't just for a bedroom, I would've shelled out $200 more for Klipsch's top-of-the-line bar, which rates a full 5.

The ProMedia 2.1 is well crafted and fairly priced. Only drawback was a single control for bass and treble, where when fully trebled,it still leaves too much bass. It'd be better with separate controlswhere the subwoofer could be completely silenced if I so desired.
