got a defective one, otherwise great picture

Initially I was very happy with the MU6300 as the picture was crisp and beautiful after calibration at 4K resolution. Unfortunately, after dimming the lights and viewing a dark screen with the backlight active I noticed 2 blotches of eraser head sized blemishes. It basically looks like a group of red dead pixels which disappear when the screen is white, but appear when displaying gray or black (with backlight lit). It was hard to notice at first with a pure black screen as the backlight would be entirely turned off. You have to display something else next to the affected area to see the batch of red dead pixels. Otherwise the picture was beautiful and impressive and I would have liked to keep this TV. I wanted to love it and keep it but couldn't get past the 2 blotches of red dead pixels. Maybe I was unlucky and got a damaged unit. Ended up returning the unit on day 2 of having it.
