We always get ZAGG, because they've held up the best with drops and random "bumps" to the screen. Very easy to put on, but I've been putting on our screen protectors for years, so I'm used to it. Would have given it 5 Stars if it covered more of the perimeter of the screen...seems a little small for the screen, wish it covered more of the edge.

Good Buttons

I had a previous recalled model of Samsung washer/dryer, so I got this set as the replacement. I like the buttons on this one much better, they're not touch sensitive, you have to actually push them. Drying clothes seems up to par with Samsung dryers. This model does not come with the interior drying rack, but luckily I had mine from the last model, and it still fits in the same way. Color is really nice, it doesn't look as much of a harsh black as it does in the pictures, it's a nice stainless steel black. The surface of the door window and the control panel does easily get light hairline surface scratched from wiping off. And I had the installers swap the dryer door to open on the other side, quick 5 minutes fix.

The guys that showed up to install my dryer were really nice. They did everything I asked of them (move the dryer to the right, back, and even swapped the door to open on the opposite side)...really nice guys and happy do to all that I asked. It was a pretty easy install, and they seemed to know exactly how to attached hoses and everything with ease.

The install guys that showed up for my washing machine were nice, did everything I asked them (balance the washer, push it back a bit, move it to the left) they were very nice and complied with all I asked them to do even though I'm sure I was annoying. They setup was painless and looked like they knew what they were doing with installing all the hoses and tubes.
