Works ok, but the price isn't great

I came to Best Buy looking for a wired controller but they didn't have any in store. I had rewards built up so I ended up buying this controller for way less than regular price, but I definitely would not have bought it full price when there are cheaper options out there that work just as well. The controller build is nice and it works ok, but does have the occasional connection issue. I'll keep it because it's decent for the price that I paid for it.

Good streaming device with some minor issues

I just got a TV upstairs and can't connect it to any cables boxes (out of wire rage), so I decided to use a streaming device instead. I previously used Netgear and it had a horrible UI. The Roku 3 player is very user friendly and has more channels available for download than Netgear for sure. The only issue is that it occasionally freezes and restarts itself in the middle of streaming. My parents have this same issue with their two Roku devices.

Great gaming laptop

This is my first gaming laptop and it really performs beyond my expectations. I haven't seen any lagging in games so far. Same for my engineering software; everything runs without a hitch. The only issues I have with it are the pretty big amounts of bloatware it comes with (but that's really the case with most computers nowadays) and the short battery life (shorter than some other gaming laptop brands), but those were things I was pretty much expecting. Overall, a really powerful machine.

The picture is amazing compared to my old Sony set. The smart tv features are so handy and there's a lot of apps available for download (I don't have to switch to Roku to use Hulu and Netflix). I would have given a 5-star review, but I occasionally have issues with the touch remote pairing, which can be a pain.

I bought this for my mom as her first Mac and a major upgrade from her ancient PC laptop. She is absolutely in love with it and uses it all the time.
