I always purchase BUT calling is a nightmare

I just can't decide if worth the hassle to get one. I just experienced two days of horrendous experiences and am shocked and a waste of time. The list is so long it's sad. I again always purchase or should say as of my last several purchase because I've had defective and even sent home with a refurbished laptop and was a "mistake" from Best Buy because I purchased new. Hard to say anymore

I cannot say enough about them (him), he literally knew more than your in store sales people, was so professional, called to confirm, clean, highly intelligent, came back the next day because it was broken and had nothing to do with installation because it doesn't show its broken until you are in the middle of a load , so on two cycles and they don't stay for hours while you wash clothes, they installed, went through cycle and took away my old ones and I had no idea this is a contracted third party company and he has worked there for 5 yrs and is fabulous. I asked for a survey so I could share his name and it shows I didn't provide my email address by Best Buy which is unreal and not accurate and when I called and couldn't even get anyone who knew what I was talking about (everyone referred to them as a warehouse). They have a hard job and from my experience thankfully the person I got was exceptional and went above and beyond. I still would like to make sure he is recognized and honestly I tipped him and my washing machine was broken and I called and he came back the next day so I want to make sure he is also paid.

Was Broken the Day We got it

I purchased this along with the matching dryer and truly have purchased all of my major appliances , computer equipment, cell phone and all accessories here in the last 10 yrs and this time since 5 major items broke(defective, virus etc) literally 1 day to 3 yrs after I went to Lowes this time but looked online and saw they had a better deal well after going here and a nightmare process other than the delivery person who was amazing everything has been a disaster and things that were told to me re: "promotional gift card", my points,% off, price matching were all then stated sorry that was incorrect well I have called corporate, geek squad and all because my new washer was damaged (the drum), and to get a return was sadly a nightmare and all of those other issues weren't even the reason for my call. This washer I learned has been discontinued and ruined my wall because it banged up against it and can't believe on top of all the issues I got a broken washing machine. I do not recommend buying this. I had my very nice GE machine / dryer I bought here break and after a lot of research not sure what I reccommend because those had known problems. They are selling a discontinued item , I bought an extended warranty, plus it was only 1 day later and if I didn't call the delivery directly versus Geek Squad no one would have been able to come to look at it for 4 days plus but he came the next day, amazing. Best Buy hasn't even called me, I got transferred 6 times and spent over 3 hrs on the phone regarding my broken washing machine for two days. Very very sad. You wouldn't know this was discontinued by Best Buy because they are selling it but if you go to whirlpool and look it up as I did and called them you would. That's a problem and they should be doing something about this. This happened with my Samsung refrigerator I bought there literally 2 months later.
