Wish the LG Smart ThinQ app showed in-cycle progress and time remaining. Used the steam function once and it removed the odor from a damp quilt. 10/10

Took two visits but did work

I set up home install after getting an in-home consult and asking the employee to order whatever was needed to get our washer/dryer running on the first visit. She ordered everything but then it turned out we had issues with our existing dryer vent. The installers did not have enough dryer tape and had to come back a few days later, during which we couldn't use our washer/dryer, which was quite annoying. But when they did come back, they fixed it and we were good to go, and didn't charge us extra, so I can't complain too much. Overall it was still way better than self installation.
