The sound quality is OK but not great, needs more bass. Can get better units for the full price. I purchased a refurbished unit so I am OK with what I paid. Tested other non refurbished units to see if the sound was different but it is the same

I bought this for the looks, was happy when fitted on the phone, really like the fact that it has a soft bumper and then the hard shell. Not very happy when I want to turn the volume up or down or use the right side button to turn the phone on. Not very easy to use, have to push hard on the buttons.
