An excellent RPG and a nice way to end the year for the Switch which has hit after hit like Breath of the Wild, and Mario Odyssey. The game is huge and fun to play. I'm not a huge FPS fan, especially when there isn't a huge story involved in it...say like the Halo series. However, Overwatch is incredibly fun and filled with memorably characters...some you'll love and other you'll hate lol. It's a real multi-player team based experience though, so get a team together you know and go have a blast. Blizzard also keeps adding content that keeps the game fresh as well. It's like Team Fortress for the current gen of consoles and PC...that's definitely not a bad thing.

The story is engrossing, the characters are interesting, and the new battle system is welcome change even for this turn based enthusiast. Rediscover the beauty of Batman in Batman: Return to Arkham. The two bundled games have been rebuilt for the next generation of consoles for incredible graphics and gameplay that let you rediscover Gotham and enjoy all previously released content. If you somehow missed what are arguably two of the best superhero games ever released this is worth picking up. If you just want to experience it again it's also worth a spin. Arkham Asylum and Arkham City are phenomenal experiences, the gameplay, voice work, story, and yes even the graphics are all incredibly solid. with all of the DLC included you'll lose hour after hour in these two excellent games.

What an awesome experience

I'm a big fan of the Forza Motorsport series and never took the Horizon series very seriously. Well that was a mistake, I started playing Horizon 2 shortly before Horizon 3 came out and now I'm very much sold on the series. Everything that made the first two Horizon games great goes to 11 in Horizon 3. The new Australian location is great, being the boss is very enjoyable, the sound track is very solid (especially the new hip hop station), and the cars are the star of the show. There's enough for sim fans like me and open world arcade racing fans alike. Forza Horizon 3 is easily one of my top 5 XB1 releases this year and must play if you're looking for a fun racing game with hours upon hours of gameplay. Oh yeah, another plus is if you have a HDR capable television an awesome looking game can look even better. Forza Horizon 3 is flat out excellent.

Mighty No. 9 was supposed to be the spiritual successor to the legendary Mega Man series of games. Even w/the most notable of Mega Man developers at the helm, Keji Inafune, this game sadly falls short. It's full of some good ideas, but disappoints gameplay wise, graphically, and in just general fun. The game has its moments, but when you're expecting so much more even a incredibly average game really feels like a let down. Hopefully Inafune gets a chance to do a tribute to the Blue Bomber right the next time.
