Installers did a very poor job.

The installers parked in the middle of my cul-de-sac. Unboxed the unit on the asphalt without leaving any of the packaging / cardboard underneath. Moved unit into house, hooked up electrical, told me they were not able to attach the vent kit to my vent pipe (see my other review for details). They also left a significant amount of trash (packaging bits and pieces) in the road in front of my house when they left.

My dryer vent is oval-shaped. This kit will not work with this style vent. The materials (vent pipe and included clamps) are VERY low quality. I threw the entire kit away and, for only $9.00, I purchased a very high quality vent pipe and required clamps at Home Depot and installed myself.
