BETTER THAN ROMBA

We had several Rombas. The batteries didn't stay charged. This is very easy to clean. It takes minutes instead of the 1/2 hour to clean the Romba. The Samsung has a bit of trouble finding the charger. It finds it, but only after a very long time of inching its way home.

TOO SHORT DON'T BUY THIS

They said it was 27 inches. Most people I talk to think that is the height. WRONG It is only 13 inches high. It is too short to be able to put anything larger than a tiny bottle of detergent in the drawer. They should redesign it and give anybody who bought it a new one. Why design a product that CAN'T BE USED FOR IT'S INTENDED USE. STUPID!!! DO NOT BUY THIS.

I had to contact the company several times because they kept telling me that the time I had requested was a different time. The installer was great. He had a hard time with the installation because the washer was in the way. The washer install people arrived before the dryer installer. I told the installers to install the dryer first, so that the washer wouldn't be in the way when the dryer installer got here three hours later.

The arrived on time and were out in a short time. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They should have installed the washer AFTER the dryer install. It was hard for the dryer installer to install the dryer because the washer was in the way. I told them to install the washer after the dry was installed. The company said they had no control over that.

Nothing. It is supposed to be a boundry marker. It doesn't work.

Does this vacuum, Samsung Powerbot R7070, fall down stairs or does it turn away from steps?
I tried to make it fall down steps. It was smart enough to back up. I tried to gently push it over the steps. TOO SMART It wouldn't go over the steps.
