Smells Funky

Clothes wash out clean and I do run another rinse to make sure the there are no soap residue. This "new machine" smell doesn't seem to go away, it's just unbearable- luckily it doesn't effect the clothes. In my opinion, noise level is low, water used to wash clothes is also frighteningly low (coming from a top load user). If you can afford the pedestal, get it. Glass face is nice, lets you see your clothes roll around.

Didnt get to use

Serviceman did not install this for me. However the packaging on the hose was missing. Came with just the hose itself held together with zipties. Best buy was able to get me a refund on the unused item. Better do some thorough research before purchasing this hose or else you'll have to make another trip to BB.

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

Rushed through entire service

Thought they did arrive within the time frame, the people who delivered rushed through instillation. The main serviceman wanted me to sign the confirmation slip so they can leave therefore didn't even explain why they couldn't install the $30 tubes I purchased. All he said was "call a plumber."
