....it was a breeze for me because I didn't have to do it! The person who came out to install the new unit and haul off the old one was very professional, friendly, and he went above and beyond. Some of the hose items didn't fit so he went shopping to find a couple parts that would make our hose kit work. It was worth every dime to have him come out and do this for us! Thank you!

My first shock when researching washing machines was no agitator. It has a big open tub. Tells you how long it has been! I now have to look for high efficiency detergent, etc., which is not a problem. The dashboard is easy to use; the machine determines the size of the load. I just throw in clothes, tell it to start and away it goes. The way the machine works is very different than older machines, so be sure to read about them so you know they are working correctly. It will give you peace of mind. :-)
If you are short, you will need a stool to step up on to get the clothes out of the machine, then lean wayyyy down inside. At first I did not think it was that tall....until I had to get the clean clothes out! It is a deep tub and I have to lean way over to get them out of the bottom..a little uncomfortable at times. I am 5'5" tall if that gives you an idea. Other than that, all is good.

Great mid size fridge...

Our former fridge was smaller, but I did not realize how small until we installed this one. There is a lot of room, the shelves and drawers are not top of the line but they are not bottom either. I think they are still very nice and we have not had any problems with the drawers hanging up. The shelves are solid so none of the balancing act for odd shaped bottles or containers on the wire shelves. There is plenty of room in the door too. So far I am very happy with this new fridge. And the freezer has a light! Who knew? To actually freeze things we needed to turn the temp almost on max cold; we still need to research that a bit. Other than that, I have not had any questions or concerns with it.

I have gone through I don't know how many cheapo wrist bands! I finally bought the Fitbit bands and I am still wearing the first one...it has lasted 3 times as long as one of the others and it is still going strong. I like the variety of colors too. I had the same stove/oven for 20 years and it worked, but it was not safe to use. Not to mention the oven part did not cook even (not even close) so other than baking meat items, I wouldn't bake. We came across this one as an 'open box' item at Best Buy and could not pass it up! Price was just too good!
I LOVE THIS RANGE! It works so well and so far I have been very happy with everything I have used it for. And the best part is I will be able to bake again! I have a busy life and don't have time for it, but one of those late nights when I want to bake a pan of brownies to go with my ice-cream, I CAN! I could not do that before.
We also do a lot of canning, and the center burner will help with that. I can't tell you how much I am loving this thing!
My husband turned the oven light on and you can actually see inside! There are a lot of buttons on it and they are self explanatory. I have not used them all yet, but I have no doubt I will figure it out quick when I need them.
And last but not least....it is self cleaning! And pretty! :-)

The only negative thing I can think of....and it really isn't a big deal. I am getting used to the cast iron grates on top. Instead of one grate for each burner, there is one grate that covers two burners. When you want to do a quick wipe down and are used to grabbing a tiny light weight grate off one burner, and you grab a heavy duty heavier grate and it comes off two burners, it is a surprise. I have a healing broken wrist so heavy stuff is still bothering it. I would not have let this stop me from buying this range tho. It really is awesome!

I was a skeptic. I have a friend who had problems watching videos or t.v. programs and them getting hung up, or having to buffer. They did not have the problem on their computer. They also have a family with a multitude of electronic gadgets so they are guessing there is a lot of interference. I am not techy so can't begin to guess. I just want my stuff to work - now!
So far we have not had any problems like that. Yay!
We have a 55" screen t.v. and I am surprised how clear the video's I watch are! Fantastic!!!! I still have not watched a t.v. show on it, but I don't foresee a problem.
