I love this washer. It's large, quiet and has many options. The only problem I have is that I have to stand on my toes to reach the clothes at the bottom because I'm only 5'2" tall. I think that's a problem with me not the washer.

Good but could be better

Good product but the center of the UBS is always open even when covered. You have to slide the cover backwards to reveal the part that connects to the computer. This is nice because you don't have to worry about loosing the cover but it leaves the USB exposed to dirt and dust when covered.
