Good but a few minor issues

The washer is quiet. Also, we had an LG W/D before and the rubber gasket always had lots of gunk build up accumulate. The gasket on this unit seems to be a bit wider where less gunk could potentially build up. The only issue seems to be that water remains in the detergent reservoir after a cycle and needs to be emptied. Still researching why exactly this is happening.

Put the iron away and forget the dry cleaners. This Samsung dryer will steam the wrinkles out of clothes and leave all your laundry fresh and odor-free.

Does a great job drying big loads

We've had LG appliances in the past and struggled to get our loads completely dry using the sensor dry settings. The Samsung does a great job drying clothes completely before stopping the cycle.

Good not great

I get why everyone purchases these: more storage space, looks nicer and keeps the W/D at a more reachable height... however they really do extend the height of the units to a level where if you're a taller person 6' + they seem to be at an awkward height where you either have to bend down just a little but can't kneel to get the last bit of laundry out to the units.
