Pricey, But Well Built

Initial bought this just to test it out, but really liked its build and functionality. Hides the cord well, has a nice weight to it. The base is a sort of hard rubber (thought it was a "stone" material before purchasing) which is good to prevent scratches. The "knob" part is plastic, as opposed to aluminum, but it's a well-built plastic that, again, is ideal to prevent scratches, so I'm okay with that. Overall a solid buy! 4 out of 5 stars because, for what it is, it's a little pricey. Buy on sale for maximum value.

There's A Lot to Love, But Better Options Exist

..namely it's younger brother, the Razor PLUS. For half the price and at half the thickness and weight, you seem to get an equal charge. MyCharge claims the Plus will get you 4 times the charge of your battery, but I haven't found that to be the case at all. I've only had this a few weeks, but I did own the Plus for a couple of years (before it was stolen), and these seem to hold a very similar charge. If there's a difference, it's minimal. So unless you need the dual USB ports, I'd opt for the cheaper, smaller option.
That aside, these all seem to be made very well. I love to fit and finish, and the fact that there's no on or off button (something which sort of alarmed me before I bought the first one). Overall, I really like this brand. Just wish the Max lived up to its name.

The hype is real, but can it sustain itself?

The game has been made with a lot of care taken, and it is certainly fun for now. The balance of characters is pretty amazing, and they're adding maps and characters for free, which is great. I do wonder, though, if I'll be able to hold interest over time. The gametypes aren't especially varied, and the maps kind of blend into one another after a while. If Blizzard can continue to introduce new games/characters/maps and keep things fresh, I can see myself playing this for many more months to come.
