If you haven't thought of buying sony wireless headphones. You must try. XtraBass is a great experience. No distortion during hard hitting bass that's a good thing. Sound quality is very good, they are light weight but by sight you would heavy. Tried other brands that cost more but didn't give great sound.

How can I charge battery?
Like the direction says, I've connected the headphone with my laptop for over 3 hours (laptop not hibernating) but just when I turn the headphone on, blue and red light beeps alternatively and shuts down almost immediately. I just received this item from ups and it's already causing problem.
I charged mine with my cell phone charger took less time than laptop.

recommendation
my usage is strictly airplanes and on beach. Would enjoy the Bluetooth but could care less about phone calls
You can always set your phone on airplane mode. Calls will then be blocked. Or use an ipod or similar device.

Are these headphones also compatible with rf wireless signals?
Using an rf wireless headphone on the TV now. Liked the deep bass heard on these phones in the store but not the idea of another piece of hardware (transmitter) hanging off the TV.
You will only be able to link to a TV that has Bluetooth capabilities.
