The world of Termina is facing a terrible fate thanks to an ancient evil. The moon is falling from the sky, and it's up to Link to save the day. A sprawling metropolis in the not-so-distant future. Premise: A catastrophic event has left the city in ruins and most of its inhabitants are either dead or have been transformed into horrifying mutants. For most people, being dropped down into these kinds of circumstances would mean certain death. Not only are you fighting for survival in a postapocalyptic city, but you're attempting to escape the nightmarish transformation that has claimed most of the survivors. Good thing you're not like most people.Dive into the open-world shooter of Sunset Overdrive, and prove that you've got what it takes to survive catastrophe. With a knack for traversing the ruined city with hyper agility, it's a simple matter to survive postapocalyptic conditions. When it comes to the mutants, not only are you escaping their transformation, but you've found your true calling ~ mutant destroyer. A fully loaded arsenal of overpowered weapons back you up and make it totally clear that the end of days is just the beginning for you. It's your turn to star in this end-of-the-world storyline.

If you enjoy your open world games to be fast, frantic, self referential, and loaded with crazy weapons, characters and pop culture references then this is the game for you. I had a blast zipping around the city and really enjoyed the combat which features very unique weapons.
