Mom and Dad wanted a Roku for Christmas. Instead we bought them this TV with the Roku built in. Wanted a bigger one, but their TV MUST be in a specific cabinet and this is as big as I was allowed to buy them!!!
Mom loves using the Roku app on her iPhone to control the TV when Dad isn't looking.
They both say the TV has nice color and picture. They use over-the-air signal for TV and the Roku for Youtube, etc. They recommend it. For the price its hard to beat.

Bought this on sale, its replacing a Bose Solo 15. A lot of sound from this little guy, and some floor rattling bass. The Bose was very good, but I like this Polk better. My wife and I both feel we can hear voices more clearly than with the Bose, and there is certainly more bass punch. A friend was over the other day and I had music videos on quite loud, he wanted to know what I had for sound, and where he could buy one. Nice and compact, the bar fits under my Samsung TV with 1/8" to spare. Base unit isn't too big, its tucked in beside my couch, we don't notice it. Unit connects by ARC to my TV and works flawlessly.
Chromecast built in is great, my wife uses it all the time. Asks the Google home to 'play music on the living room speaker' and away it goes!! Turn the TV on and it automatically switches to TV sound. Pretty slick. I recommend it. (the Bose is now in the bedroom to play RainRain sleep sounds...)

Bought this as an upgrade from a 6 year old 55" LG. Its very nice, enjoy the 65" vs the old 55".
The single cord arrangement for TV connections is very nice, but I have one complaint. The cable management has the cords exiting through the left leg of the TV (when facing the TV) and isn't reversible to the right leg. Where my TV sits, I need the cables on the right. Apparently Samsung thinks all cables must exit on the left. Brilliant idea though, the one cable idea. To connect another HDMI device is now so easy, the connection box sits right on top of my cable box, easily accessible. No reaching around behind the TV with a flashlight and several cuss words trying to connect something to the TV.
I like the legs on the TV being at the outside edges, they lift the TV about 3.25", just enough that my Polk Audio sound bar thing slides underneath. Very clean looking on my fireplace mantel.
Picture is very nice. Voice commands work flawlessly and somehow the TV controls my cable box with voice commands, and all I had to do was select my cable provider at setup. ARC connection to my soundbar worked flawlessly. The setup was very easy and everything works. I use Samsung's app on my iPhone also to control the TV, and it works great, as long as the TV remote is in the room and pointed in the direction of the TV. Voice command even works on the iPhone app. You can ask the TV to 'play Olympics' and it will find the various channels for you to choose. Say 'tune to NBC' and it tunes to NBC. Works great. I even like how fast it turns on, compared to my older LG. Almost instant when you hit the power button on the remote. Based on my experience so far, I highly recommend the TV.

bought this basically because the price was right. have had iPad minis before, but never with 128gb at the price offered after Christmas.
Nice bright screen, nice size for browsing on the couch. Not too heavy to hold for long periods. Use it to read with Kindle, watch Prime video or a different TV channel than my wife has on. :-)
Good for Adobe Lightroom photo edits too. I have a subscription, photos I take with Lightroom on my iPhone show up on the iPad and I can have fun editing on the larger screen.
Wish it had stereo speakers like my iPhone 8 plus, but not a deal breaker.
If you get the right price, this is a great little tablet.

very nice headset

bought these after reading many reviews. Not disappointed. At first try I thought they sounded a bit thin, wondered why I spent the money. But its critical that you pick the right ear pieces and in my case, use the larger wings included. This keeps them in my ear securely, and the sound is wonderful, to my non-audophile ears. I use them primarily in my noisy old Ford Ranger to listen to audiobooks on the way to work and back, and some video in the evening, about 3-4 hours a day. They block enough noise to hear very well, while still allowing me to hear enough of whats around me. My wife says she can hear me just fine when I'm in the truck and give her a call.
Music to me sounds very bright and clear, with a nice amount of bass. I was torn between buying these and the apple airpods, and I'm glad I went with these, because they sound much better than the wired earpods, and all reviews say the airpods sound the same as earpods.
Some earbuds give me a feeling of pressure on the ears, and become uncomfortable to listen for any length of time. The BeatsX do not give this feeling. They are very comfortable in the ears.
Battery lasts a good long time, usually charge every other day with my daily use of about 3-4 hours.
Controls inline are the same as on the apple airpods, very convenient for volume, skipping songs, summoning Siri.
If I had to point out a fault, its the power button. Wish they'd placed it on the larger flat surface instead of the edge of the 'battery bulge'. Its a bit awkward.

Does what I need, and in fact I find the sound not too bad when listening to music. I wouldn't recommend as a music headset, but often I'll listen while at work and they aren't bad! For calls they work great, I can clearly hear the conversation, they block out quite a bit of ambient noise and people say they can hear me just fine. I like the regular headphone jack (its why i chose these over a USB set) because I can use them with my cellphone as well.
Only complaint really is that they are awkward to carry in a backpack - they don't fold up in any way. I thought I would take them with me when I travel (which is a lot), but they take up too much room and I leave them in the office.

Get where you're going without fuss when using this Garmin DriveSmart 51 GPS. It has a 5-inch edge-do-edge display so that you can see plenty of data, and easy-to-use indicators show how fast you're traveling and what time you should arrive. reliable GPS with some reservations

Have used these for years, this is my 4th Garmin. Like the glass screen with capacitive input on this model, very easy to see and use the touchscreen. I have Android Auto in my car with a large screen and I can use google maps or waze, but I don't always plug in my phone. I like having the freestanding GPS on the dash. My car has a switched power point, and so I never have to worry about turning on / turning off the GPS, it just comes on when I start the car, and off when I stop the car.
Its all good except... why can't Garmin be as useful with voice commands / requests as is Google maps? I am constantly frustrated trying to enter a destination (either touch input or voice) compared with the absolute simplicity of asking Google for the same thing. Fortunately my main reason for having the Garmin actually isn't for directions, but rather just being able to see where I am and what is coming up. For directions I often get frustrated trying to find what I want in the Garmin and just use Google.

I change phones all the time. In the last 8 months I've had an iPhone SE, iPhone 7, ZTW Axon 7 mini, ZTE Axon 7, Huawei Honor 8, Samsung Galaxy S8 and now this one, the Huawei Mate 9. Its a keeper. All the phones I've had have something I really like about them, with the possible exception of the Galaxy S8, I just didn't like it.
The Mate 9 is the best one I've found that has almost everything I like about all the other phones. Camera is great, love the depth effects (portrait mode) - pictures always delight. Sound is very good, in landscape mode - it is similar to the iPhone 7 in that it uses the earpiece as a speaker to give stereo sound - not quite as good as the Axon 7s, but almost there. The screen is beautiful, without the curved edges that I just couldn't get used to on the Samsung.
And its a beautiful piece of hardware. I even like the minimal protective case that comes with the phone, its really nice and looks great.
Minimal bloatware on the phone. It just does what I want, fast, when I want it.
Battery lasts all day and then some. Just did a long 14 hour day travelling by air, two stops, never had to worry about the phone battery, and I read books on it through the flights.
If I had to complain about anything, it would be the weight, its a bit heavy. But this is a minor gripe, doesn't really bother me that much.
I very much recommend it. I plan to keep it a while.
