The delivery was average.. It was delivered on time however, they didn't install it.. Since installation was "free" anyways, we didn't push it. The issue was that our washer wouldn't fit in the storage room where the hoses were and they didn't wanna deal with it although it really did.. we asked a relative to install it and he did it without any complications and was a piece of cake.. the dudes just seemed too lazy to even bother trying.

Hoses are good, seems like they will last well.. no issues so far. We didn't even choose the hoses or knew which ones we were getting because even though we had to buy them separately, we were just asked if we wanted the hoses, and came with the washer when it was delivered..

Good washer

It's a good washer, does wash well enough.. the only complication is removing dirt from really dirty clothes such as construction clothes or clothes you use for dirt biking.. it has the heavy duty and heavy soil option, but I still have to wash again in order to wash the residue off completely.. It is also a little loud when spinning, which kind of concerns me because it seems like it's hitting the rim.. Another things is timing, loads are long... but anyways, good enough washer just for the basics.
