Forced to purchase if you are having a washer installed. My last were the same brand and never had an issue. Would not have bought if I could have installed myself but I was out of town when it was delivered. Guess that is the price you pay for convinence.

It washes clothes. A little noise then my last unit. Lots of cycles for clothes. Sales guy talked me out of the Samsung and lg at the same price range, only time will tell if it was a right move. The size is bigger then my last one and made it a tight fit.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

It is a dryer cord. It works. Would not have bought, but if you are having it installed they force you to purchase. The previous one on my old dryer had no damage. Only by if you don't have a current one.

Check vent light
my check vent light keeps coming on and the machine starts to make a noise. i have had this unit for less than two weeks. What do i do next, vent is clean.
Call for service, it is under warranty. Make sure your vent is not kinked behind the dryer. Let it cool for 10 minutes between loads.
