I got this as a gift for a relative that I regularly spend time with so I do have time to regularly use and evaluate this device. The ony issue I had was making the connection initially but that could have been the other pieces of equipment not the Chromecast Device. Once properly paired this device worked seamlessly.

This dongle installs easily and is intuitive but also has enclosed directions. I have not had any issues with it. It connects easily and usually automatically unless you have not added the particular device which is very easy to do. I am very happy with this device.

An okay product with room for improvement.

The windshield phone holder is okay. The suction cup mount holds very wel. The flexible positioning arm works very well and holds the phone at the desired location even with a large/heavy phone (Note 4). My issue is the portion holding the phone holds the phone but the ratcheting device which opens the arms of the device does not engage regularly and takes a certain amount of patience an repeated attempts to release the phone.

Can this be used with a Tom Tom XXL
I am not sure but it easily holds a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 with a 5.7 inch screen.

I am driving a 2005 Jeep Liberty. Can I use this device is that car? Can you show me a picture or a step by step on how to install it in my car?
Yes this will work in any vehicle and it is intuitive on how to install as well as having actual enclosed pictures and directions unlike many items these days.
