A band of determined Russian soldiers fight to hold a strategic building in their devastated city against a ruthless German army, and in the process become deeply connected to a Russian woman who has been living there. Great sleeper of a movie

I recommend this movie to all. I feel it has a nice story line, with lots of action but also a human side for the ladies. The cation scenes are plentiful and well done and the surround sound is first rate. I say this in the theater but purchased it also.
