I was skeptical from some of the reviews but I wanted to try a agitaor less washer. I heard yournclothes dont get as clean blah blah. So i figure if I didnt like it i could always return it to best buy. Well after doing a weeks worth of laundry I have to say not bad. In so old fashion to being able to control the machine loke washing my whites twice but since this is a complete cycle type washer that would be my only fall back but now i just wash them on a quick wash if i wanted them be wash twice. The ONLY con i have is the lock on the door i so wish there was a way to disable it.
