I really like this little gadget. I bought it mainly to see just how much I walk each day and how well I sleep. It's pretty accurate as far as counting steps. It has encouraged me to do more walking and park in the far end of the parking lot! To meet my "goal" I also run in place on a mini trampoline I got for the grandkids. Win-win!
