Very easy to use, I love the design and the feel (texture) of the remote. My favorite feature is that the remote automatically lights up when you pick it up or move it. All my other remotes only light up when you push a button and by then sometimes it's too late and you find that you have pushed the wrong button.

I know a lot of android users are upset because they can't replace the battery but I feel this is a non-issue. This is a great little full motion tv wall mount. The wall anchors that came with it didn't look like they would support all the weight with just drywall so I went to the hardware store and got heavier duty dry wall anchors.
