Works Only Without a Case

I had to return this item because it will not fit through the opening of the case on the phone. If you don't use a case, it works fine. Otherwise you need the corded adapter, which I bought when I returned this item.

Not the Best Chapter of Star Trek Lore

I'm never sure when I review a DVD whether I'm supposed to comment on the technical features of the DVD or on the content of the movie. Technically, the DVD rates five stars. The Blue-Ray format delivers an impressive high definition picture and killer sound. The content was not quite so impressive. As a Star Trek fan since the day the first Original Series episode aired, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with J.J. Abrams' treatment of Star Trek traditions in the initial reboot. The second movie was less satisfying, and this third installment has more in common with Fast and Furious than with Star Trek. In my opinion, the movie only deserves two stars at best.

Unfamiliar Technology, But Works Great!

I research extensively before I make major purchases, and took particular care to learn all I could about the options for replacing my 20-year-old washer. I wasn't at all familiar with the new energy-saving technologies, and initially leaned toward buying another agitator-style washer despite the lower ratings on those models. However, after reading a number of reviews on bestbuy.com and other sources and consulting with the Best Buy employee in the appliance section, I decided to take a chance on the high-efficiency Samsung. I chose the top-loader over the front-loader because I didn't want to have to stoop down to load and unload the machine. I wasn't disappointed. In the first few weeks that we've had the washer we've run most of the several available cycles and all have performed flawlessly. We have not experienced any of the problems cited in some of the negative reviews, such as the clothes coming out twisted or not getting clean. I unreservedly recommend this Samsung model.

I used my machine for the first time this morning. It dispensed the fabric softener before the detergent. Is it supposed to do that?
The machine is supposed to dispense liquid fabric softener during the rinse cycle. Mine does so. Call Best Buy if your machine is still doing this.
