The Geek Squad did an excellent job in downloading all of the information off my old computer's hard drive as well as my additional memory book to my new computer. I was only out of action for about 36 hours while all of my information was transferred. I got my old hard drive back for security purposes.

When I bought the washer they told me I had to purchase these hoses. Was very surprised when the washer arrived and hoses were included with the washer. Those hoses were rubber, so I guess it's safer to have the metal hoses as the washer is way too heavy to pull away from the wall and check to be sure they are not needing to be replaced.

Had to return this. When the technician installed it, he cut it too short and when he moved the dryer out from against the wall it immediately came loose. Didn't really fit the vent he needed to attach it to.
