Works as expected. This was the second one I have purchased, the first was for my own house. Great for Amazon prime and "other" apps. First time I have used es explorer to down load this "other" app and went extremely smooth with YouTube directions.

The only reason I gave this camera 4 stars is that the live view is a little slow when you go to take a picture with it on. Other than that this camera is awesome. Make sure that you know how to use a dslr since this one doesn't really have any auto settings other than p. it is a step up from the 60d as it has the same sensor, but has a faster frame rate and more focal points. The only draw back between this and the 60 is that the 7 doesn't have the flip out screen. Keep in mind that both the 60 and 70 have composite(plastic) bodies, where as the 7 is metal and is supposed to have better weather proofing. I chose this camera because I want my student to learn how to use manual settings and its ability to take a hit.

What's great about it: This camera can take a hit and has a very fast shutter
What's not so great: Live view is slow. If you're looking for that get the 70d.

Can I plug the Amazon Fire Stick into an HDMI slot on my Audio/Video Receiver, so that I can utilize my home surround sound system?
Yes you can and this is how I have it set up. My reciever has the fire stick, blue ray and cable box plugged into it. It even comes with a narrower extension dongle in case you don't have room since the fire stick itself is wider than a hdmi cable. I didn't have to use it for my set up, but I did for my dad's tv because there were some screws to the side of the tv input. I had to use the tv in my dad's set up since his reciever only has two hdmi inputs.
