How to heat for 15 seconds?
Am I right to assume you would press the 1 and 5, then press start and you would heat for 15 seconds ?
Press "Power" button and then 1 and 5 and press start.

Is it typical for this product to stop functioning after 3 years? We use this product max of 5 times a week and it completely stop working, why?
Not typical for microwaves. I have owned 3 microwaves over about 40 years. The last microwave we owned died after about 8 years. Sometimes if the door latch mechanism gets out of adjustment, the unit will not turn on although the key pad and display will still respond. There are microswitches associated with the door latch which prevents the microwave from turning on if they fail. If the unit is totally dead, it probably will cost too much to repair.

Connecting to speakers and mice
How do you set this up so a PC can connect to Bluetooth speakers or mice? I can't find anywhere that shows the devise.
The blue tooth adapter should show up in win explorer in devices. Right click on it and find the speakers. Also you may need enable from the speakers (that how it works w/ my phone). Lookup instructions from the internet by googling the model number of your speakers if they didn't come w/ any. There should be a YouTube video.
Usually mice do not use Bluetooth. They use a different frequency than Bluetooth adapters and use an adapter which is matched to the mouse. Make sure that your mouse is for Bluetooth. Again, you can check it out online by googling the model number and looking at the specs.
