I have a mac book pro and a digital projector I need to use these speakers with-- will they work? it says windows only in the specifications but in the questions it says it can hook up with a mac mini….
If Mac book having normal aux jack like iPhone or iPad it could be used for Mac book also.

No. Cannot hung to wall. Just surface or table top.
