I love this band. It's my favorite color and it's super durable. Plus it can be washed. I go to the gym a lot and do a lot of outdoor activities that get me quite sweaty. Can it be used to make paste of whole spices like poppy seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds? Not powder but paste...I mean, can I add water to the whole spices and get a paste of them? Thank you.
