Washer has a nice appearance & features. Not very loud when operating. BEWARE of size dimensions and be sure unit will fit in your space. Size dimensions on LG website were different than dimensions listed on Best Buy product in-store description and yet again different on Best Buy e-mail receipt confirmation - none were consistent.
Control panel is sensitive and turns on/off easily if bumped, especially during a cycle which then cancels and needs to be restarted. Control panel power on/off chime or options/end of cycle chime did not work from initial installation. Had to have appliance repairman out and indicated control panel will need to be repaired. Still waiting for part to come in after 2 weeks. LG on-line & phone support was less than helpful and very time consuming. LG customer service scheduled repair service with one service center and yet a different service center came to repair unit. As with buying any new product, you want it to function perfectly from the beginning. Makes us skeptical now as to if this will be the only issue or will there be others to deal with.

Awesome size dryer and nice appearance. Good selection of programs & options. Touch control panel is sensitive and easily turns itself on if touched when leaning against unit to reach cabinets mounted above. Quite quiet operation. Haven't connected until to WiFi yet and likely may not as we don't see a reason for that when our home is small enough to see/hear the unit. So far, we're pleased with the dryer. The matching washer, on the other hand, needs to have the control panel replaced with the power on chime/end of cycle chime failed to operate from initial installation.
