Yes it was made to be mounted on the wall. I use the hard wired set up but it does have blue tooth.

what is the lowest temp this is rated for?

Ugh since it has an open reservoir ,I wouldn't use it below freezing. and since it produces heat I wouldn't use it in a hot hot environment.
