Great for motivation

This is a nice fitbit with an accurate step count. I like being able to check my heart rate at any time, but the limitation is that you cannot leave the HR on to sync your workouts with it. The band is comfortable to wear, and the battery life is long. I also like the stair count, and especially the fact that it syncs with my smart phone...that's just awesome! It absolutely motivates me to reach my daily goals! I also like the feature where I could be a part of a group for challenges, and can easily see on my phone where I stand with the other members' numbers! The only real problem I have with the fitbit, is if I decide not to wear it at night, and put it down on my nightstand, it sporadically lights up with either the time or the green monitor lights that light up the whole bedroom...it tends to wake me up...and sometimes when I am wearing it at night, the lights come on and if the band is loose enough, the lights are bright enough to wake me as well.
