Does this model come with the EZ-open handle on the freezer part?
The French-door fridge at work requires a bit of muscle to open the freezer compartment. I like the clean lines of this fridge, but was wondering if it comes with the EZ-open handle. If not, do you have any other recommendations in this price range? (OK with other brands, too)

One reviewer stated you have to wait "5 minutes" before you can open the freezer again. Do you have to wait to reopen the freezer door?
We have been using freezer like any other. Never heard you had to wait five minutes to open again.

Do I need a water line installation kit with my refridgerator? It's a Samsung RF261BEAEB
I bought a refrigerator from a BB store and all I purchased was the refridgerator and the insurance...yet on the website they say others bought the water line installation kits, ice cube line kits and no one told me about these. Are they important to my Samsung running properly??

If this model does not come in a counter depth version, which Samsung refrigerators do? I'm looking for a refrigerator that is counter depth, stainless steel, French doors, and without external water/ice dispenser.
I was as well and I could not find one in my price range. You can put in a search with those features.

ice maker trouble
we have model rf267aars the ice maker is putting pieces of plastic in our ice, it over flows water around the ice hopper and freezes everything. do you have any suggestions?
We have not experienced this. I know the first few batches of ice we dumped as instructed to get rid of factory odor/oil etc. All I can think of is the hose isn't connected properly. There should be no leakage.

Has Samsung fixed this yet?
I see a recent review that states: Because, he said, they see the same problem with all the Samsungs they service. He had the replacement parts with him, it's such a known problem. The Defrost Sensor failed and the Drain Heaterclip is not engineered nor installed properly.
The reviewer bought their model over a year ago so has this issue been fixed on this fridge currently available for purchase?
