Does not disappoint

My Fire HDX 8.9 was experiencing problems after two years of heavy use. Add to that it was only 32gb and I had to constantly delete apps, I was looking for an upgrade.
After much research I came to the conclusion I needed a top of the line tablet, with strong processing, lots of memory, and name brand reliability. My choices came down to this IPad Pro 12.9 and Microsoft Surface Pro. A sale with Best Buy convinced me to get this IPad Pro and I could not be happier.

Everything runs smooth. Every third party app, every website, every process on the IPad itself - exactly what I wanted. Everything is easy and intuitive, exactly how a tablet should be. Battery life is outstanding, considering the amount of time I spend on this, and the number of things I have running on here at once. I can play Spotify or Prime music in the background, while constantly switching between many different games, YouTube, email, etc, and there is no lag in any of it.
The speakers are great. Whether playing a movie, listening to music or streaming tv this tablet is top notch.

The return of SPECTRE

The movie itself - despite having a pretty good storyline(for the most part) - was....it felt mediocre. They brought back SPECTRE, the international crime syndicate from past Bond movies. Meh.
The opening scenes were great. The movie builds off that until the middle through two-thirds through, where things are a little muddled and hard to follow. As a Bond fan this one left me a little disappointed overall.

So MI6 is obliterated and the leader of SPECTRE is purposefully left alive?! Lame! Craig makes a fantastic Bond but this is the worst movie under his name.
The one thing I absolutely loved was the explaining the origins of SPECTRE. But what I hate about that is it seems this movie was solely made to re-introduce SPECTRE and leaving the end open for further franchisement. Basically: if you liked Goldfinger getting sucked out of an airplane window, this movie does the opposite.
Rental only. I wish I hadn't purchased it.

My wife is a letter carrier and wanted a fitness band (the same brand everyone else uses). After reading reviews I discovered this garmin is better rated, less expensive, never has to be taken off, and never has to be recharged.
I can't comment on it's accuracy but I can say that is it consistent when you walk the same route every day.
She is happy with it, and I am happy with the price I paid with Best Buy.

is it sweat/water resistant?
Yes. Sweat/water proof in my opinion.
My wife wears it in the shower and during rain storms. Once you put it on there's no real reason to take it off, except when the battery dies in approximately 1 year - then you replace the battery and put it back on.

is there nickel I the band or tracker?
I've not taken it completely apart to practice metallurgy, as I'm sure neither have any other reviewers. Contact the manufacturer directly.
