Did nice cleaning overall. But if the load is a little large, need to re-rinse. Some reviewers noted that the machine was loud. We found it quieter than we expected.

Good service but could have used more care

While waiting for the scheduled installation, a friend installed the washer for us. When the Best Buy installer came, he did an inspection. That was good. But the installer pulled off the protective film on the machine without checking with us first. My wife left it there for a reason. Also,, he quite forcibly tilted the machine. I was afraid he might have loosened all hose connections. Overall, good service but installer could have handled it with more care.
