Simple to install and program, with a sleek form factor. Download the app and control from your phone. Easy. Top complaint would be the auto-learning features don't always pick up what's actually going on with usage needs, so you'll need to remember to check your app and set your Nest to "Away" for it to enter eco mode. Other minor grievance would be fan controls; the fan can only be set in hour increments and can't be pre-programmed, but that's just an interest in generating some white noise (and there are other ways to accomplish that).

Solid product with high profit margins

The stainless steel hoses work just as well as you would expect but are much more expensive than similar stainless steel hoses I can find in my local hardware store. Given that there was no delivery fee for my washer and the purchase was necessary, I can't complain about the $10-15 cost difference too much. However, I'd strongly recommend against this product if your delivery costs anything or you're hauling a new washer with you.

This high efficiency washer has enough settings to tackle laundry care, including a quick wash setting. I've been impressed with how clean laundry has come out and only regret that I hadn't budgeted for the accompanying dryer, which is the next purchase I plan to make.
