This card was part of a kit, so it was really cheap. However, when i started using the card, i realized that this card is insanely slow at writing photos. You have to wait around 3 seconds for the camera to stop saying recording. However since it was part of the kit, i can't complain. But if you're buying the card separately, cough up a few bucks and get a better card.
What's great about it: 8GBs
What's not so great: Write speed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SD memory card for HP Photosmart E427 digital camera

Can I use a 2 GB SD memory card for this camera, that only supports 1 GB ? I am having a hard time finding a 1 GB card.
the best way is to just try it out. If not just return it. if you can't find a 1 gb card, you can always try ebay
