Love the look of this controller, it is very nice and feels like any other Xbox One controller.
For those looking to purchase this controller, don't forget that there is a DLC card in the box for the wireless controller.

I was a little worried about trying out Verbatim brand of media. I usually stick with TDK all the way and Memorex when I can't get TDK. These Verbatim DVD-Rs are certified for 16x, I've got an LG 20X DVD Writer and with these discs burn at 20x by default.
NO coasters yet with this media in my LG DVD Writer, I must say that these DVD-Rs are excellent. Will have to purchase some more when then go on sale, so now I'll be getting either Verbatim or TDK, can't go wrong with either really.
Don't think, just purchase this wonderful working media.

I have had nothing but problems . It will not stay connected. I constantly lose my wireless and have to re-boot and start over. It takes forever to load. I have geek squad support. When they try to do something it times out. I have returned it to the store but was told it was working properly. I just purchased a new wireless router from you, Maybe that will help.

The #1 thing that is probably slowing this laptop down is the McAfee software, uninstall that first and use another antivirus application. It has 4GB of RAM which is rather low so you wouldn't be able to heavily multitask very well. Upping the RAM to 8GB would help, another upgrade would be to take out the 1TB hard drive and put in a Solid State Drive (SSD) to speed things up.
For the wireless issues, you may need to update the drivers for the wireless on the laptop, I would recommend going to Intel's website as it should be an Intel wireless card in this laptop.

For this computer to have the tech it does, it loads very slow. Also I had the laptop for just little over one week, now the Bluetooth does not work and dell tech cant even get it to work. I go to dell support site to check for updated drivers, it consistently shows, downloads and "installs" one of the drivers.

Possible Solution

Don't use the Dell drivers for the Bluetooth or Wireless, obtain the drivers directly from Intel's website http://downloadcenter.intel.com Search for Intel Wireless-AC 3160, this should be what is installed in this laptop, this will find the drivers for both Bluetooth and the Wireless card.
This laptop is meant as a budget one with light multitasking, 4GB of RAM will limit this laptop some, upping it to 8GB will help and having the hard drive replaced with a Solid State Drive (SSD) will improve performance as well. Removal of McAfee which is installed by default will help it a lot, install a different antivirus application. Ensure all the Windows Updates are installed on the laptop as well.

Can I use my MS Office with windows 10? I have a CD that I paid for, but it is not the 365 version that you have to renew each year.
It will depend on which version of MS Office you're trying to install on Windows 10. MS Office 2013 and up will work without any issues. MS Office 2010 will work on Windows 10, there maybe some issues, but anything lower may not install or have compatibility issues as well as not receive security updates anymore.
