It did a good job of cleaning the carpet

First complaint was how it arrived; in a box that had obviously been previously opened and all the packing material tossed around and totally destroyed; second was the tool caddy was defective and had to order a new one; cleaning performance of the machine was great in spite of the fact that the plastic construction of the unit seems to be flimsy. Only time will tell as to whether it can withstand repeated use over the long haul.
What's great about it: Does a good job of cleaning the carpet
What's not so great: short electrical cord; flimsy construction
I would recommend this to a friend!
