High cost for what you get

This item should cost around $35 in my opinion, but if you need it, I guess the $60 has to be shelled out if you want your sirius installed properly. The unit works great with my Starmate 5.
The mount itself is a poor design for those who want it to sit flush on your vehicle's dashboard. There's virtually no way to apply double sided tape to it without using one of the cheaply made accessory mounts. The best buy rep actually wanted to drill holes and put screws in my dash board! NO THANKS!
What's great about it: Works fine
What's not so great: Mounting hardware, High Price
I would recommend this to a friend!

Enjoy virtually static-free sound with this SiriusXM FM direct adapter, which provides a high-performance wired audio connection to your vehicle's radio. You can still listen to your local AM and FM stations when your Satellite Radio is turned off. Compatible with most SiriusXM, XM and Sirius radio models with a PowerConnect Vehicle Kit.

Best option available to connect sirius if...

Best option available to connect your Sirius radio to your stereo if A. you don't want any wires showing; B. you don't have an AUX input or don't want to occupy your AUX input, and C. you don't want interference from other radio stations when using the FM transmitter.
I wouldn't hook up a sirius any other way as my vehicle has no visible wires, sounds as good as an auxiliary hook-up, and never has interference from any other radio stations.
The installation cost was more than was quoted, which is ALWAYS the case with best buy. There's always 2 connectors they "forget" about, but well worth the price.
What's great about it: Good sound, no exposed wiring, leaves AUX input open, no interference
What's not so great: Cost of installation
I would recommend this to a friend!
