Amazing case, great for watching movies

I have started to really enjoy these cases that a stand built into them. I tend to use my phone a lot to watch videos more than I would like to admit. My last case just had a kickstand and while it worked great it was stuck in one position.

When I first got the case and put it in I have to say I was not very happy. I did not like how it felt it was a more textured feel than my previous case, but after using it for a couple of days other cases just feel slippery to me.
But let’s talk about the start of show the Force Ring. I love it so much, it gives me so many options on what angle or how to stand my phone very easily. It has a strong bracket so if I use mage safe it’s not opening when I pull the phone off it.
The protection around the screen and the back camera is great, and because it cut so well to shape of the phone not a lot of dirt or other crud gets into the crevices, previous case I would take it off and around the camera would just be filthy. If you need a case for your iPhone this is the one to get

A Good Headset For Every Console

The Original Nova Pro was released 4 years ago and was the successor to the Arctis Pro which was doing something a lot of other headset were not doing at the time. The Nova Pros took the Arctis Pro to the next level adding ANC and usb c to the headset and multi device support. At the time of release they were the headset to beat. In those 4 years though there has been a lot of strong new competitors, that has pushed what we think of gaming headsets.
Let me start with the good on this headset. First is you get good audio , there is good separation of sound and you get a decent amount of bass it definitely more of the punchy kind rather than deep but still sounds good when you have explosions or sound that need some oomph. Headset is still extremely comfortable the redesign to make the nub for anc smaller helps eliminate some of the issue people had with the first batches of the Nova Pros. I really like the texture added to the volume wheel feels really great and premium.
The new hub is amazing it’s basically the sam hub that you get with the Nova Elite and the crazy thing is you can hear 4 sources at the same time. Makes it super easy to mix your sources and have it connected to multiple systems at once.
Overall this is an incredibly solid package, but like we talked about earlier the competition has gone up since the original Nova Pros came out.
This headset feels like half step rather than a full step towards something new.
The audio while better tuned and overall slightly better than the original still isn’t as good as some of the competition. Having the swappable batteries is great but a lot of other headsets have crazy long battery life and it’s not that much of an issue.
And a personal gripe for me is the volume level on console. I made sure limiter was off but the headset didn’t seem that loud on Xbox or PlayStation for the first like 70-75 percent of the volume wheel and then above that it can get pretty loud.
It does have an app and it seems to work well and it makes easy to switch EQs on the fly but only if you configured them on pc first. You can adjust any eq on the app you can choose a preset or one you made.
Overall I really like The Omni I thinly hey sound great and are extremely comfortable, but it’s hard to give it a perfect score when it does falter in some areas to the competition, but if you need to mix multiple audio sources at the same time there is no competition this is the one to get.

Good laptop that’s short of being Great

There is an incredible amount of competition in the space this HP laptop occupies. There definitely things it does that puts it above it’s competitors but it also has some choices that hurt it from truly reaching the heights it can go.
Let’s start with all the positives, the design of the laptop is pretty solid compared to most of the other laptops it has a solid structure made with a mix of metal and plastic, it’s very sturdy and the screen opens up pretty easily with one hand.

The screen is gorgeous it looks incredibly good but it has one drawback that does it hurt a bit more than I expected a that is resolution. It’s states 2k but it’s not much higher than 1080 being 1920 x 1200 it’s not the worse thing but it’s noticeable and some other laptops I have used have a bit higher resolution and it definitely is noticeable. The colors are great on the OLED screen and watching movies is a joy. The brightness is decent but struggles when any direct light is around. I tried using it at desk that has a window behind it and it was pretty rough with glare.
The pc is running on the snapdragon cpu and it is great for light work task such as email, web browsing, watching videos.the battery life I s really great when doing these sort of task trying to do heavier duty ones its starts to struggle a bit . Playing any games is tough even at lowest settings and 1080p could keep a consistent cremate on Fortnite, and doing some photo editing it would work but was a bit of a chore to use.
All in all the laptop is very solid for its price a lot of competitors really don’t match up at this price, they cut too many features to get there. There is one big competitor that does a lot of things well and makes it harder to let some of these flea go unnoticed. But if you need something for light work and watching media with its great screen and long battery life this a great laptop

Great 1080p Monitor

Monitors at lower price points are starting to get to a point where spending the extra money doesn't always seem worth it depending on your use case. I need a new monitor for the computer for the family, its not a dedicated gaming or media watching pc. Most of the time that computer is used to do work.it is on occasion use to game and watch media. On my main computer I have a OLED monitor and this does not match up with it at all but its not trying to, what it does do it does very well.
The screen is very smooth being 300hz helps but I didn't see any ghosting or motion blur. The screen handled everything very well. Gaming at 1080p is still great detail is there and no issues with movement its decently bright for SDR screen is pretty uniform. It does support HDR but I would not recommend using it. The screen really doesn't get brighter and just blows out highlights, tv also doesn't have a huge amount of inputs but it has an HDMI and Display port so you could have two different machines connected to it without having to swap.
overall this is a very solid monitor for 1080p gaming its very smooth and has decent brightness. Highly recommend it.

solid Home Theatre Headphones

The Sennheiser RS275 is a solid product that I think could be great but just doesn’t quite get there.
Let me start with the good, I love the fact it comes with a very sturdy stand and very easy to connect and get up and running. I tried with arc, optical ,3.5mm and usb c and it worked great.
My soundbar uses arc so mainly stuck with optical, and overall the sound was great very well balanced, good amount of bass but still can hear voice clearly and while I prefer to stick with stereo when using headphones there were some times 3d audio sounded pretty convincing. So all of that makes me happy, I love being able to use Bluetooth to pair headphones to my phone and use them that way or use the app the adjust my settings, all of that is great and easily the best home theatre headphones I have used.
But a couple of things for me keep them from being perfect the first and biggest is the headphones are small if you familiar with Sennheiser these are pretty much the same as the Accenture headphones which are smaller than the Momentum 4. I don’t have the biggest head or ears and the earcups barely covered so if you have bigger ears these may be uncomfortable.
My only other gripe was I wish the base had a pass through I would prefer to connect these through arc but since I’m already using that for my soundbar have to go through optical and I have to mainly adjust my settings when I want to use the headphones and then switch back over to my soundbar.
I do really love these I wish they would have went with a bigger frame make them a bit more comfortable but if your in the market do some headphones to watch tv or movies these are the ones.

Great foundation but still need a little more

I will start off that I have been mainly a one type of earbuds person. Mainly because those are what has been best fitting for my ears. Yet I wanted to try something different see if I was missing something these other companies are offering.
Let me say this the Anker Liberty 5 offer a lot of features for the price range they are hitting. Some of them are well worth it and offer great value and some don’t work as well as you would like.
Let’s start of with the main thing sound quality, sound quality is pretty good the app allows you customize the sound and they are pretty decent at taking an EQ. They have a good amount of bass and the mods and highs are pretty clear. Is it the best sounding earbuds I have hear they are not. But they are really solid.
It’s great that they have transparency and noise canceling modes. Transparency modes is pretty decent but if it was a somewhat quiet environment I would get like a scratching sound every so often. Noise canceling mode for me was super great I did more of a job dampening sound than blocking them. And having it at highest setting tended to give me a headache.

I do love that it has multi connect capabilities it made it easy to jump from my phone to my pc, but was let down with the mic quality kept being told I sounded like I was in a tunnel.
I want to love these and I think they are a solid foundation and if you just need something to listen to than these are pretty great but the extra features like noise canceling and transparency mode still need a little more world.

Great Beginner Drone

I remember as a kid seeing the first drones available to consumer at long gone store at the mall. Yes those drones didn’t do much of anything but I thought they were the coolest thing in the world. Fast forward 20 plus years and the tech has evolved so much but they are still so cool.
I was so excited when this drone showed I quickly opened the package and got everything set up as quickly as I could.
Let me start with this I love how it was packaged it comes with a carrying case and everything is in its slot. After charging everything ran outside and got it stated.
Once it was up and flying I was amazed and how easy it was to control. Flying it all over my backyard was a blast and I loved the included landing pad. I was pleasantly surprised with the image quality. Is this the greatest and best drone ever. No but for a beginner this is a great drone packed with features and works great. Highly recommend it and know you will have a blast using it.
My one downside that I would note is that controller to turn on is not the most intuitive I had to press the button to get it to light up then press again and hold it for a few seconds. Besides that everything else worked grea.

Amazing Screen, that Needs Tweaking Out Of The Box

I truly believe that if you want the best possible gaming experience, an OLED monitor is the way to go. That’s why I was so excited to get my hands on Asus’s new ROG Strix OLED monitor—my expectations were sky-high, and I’m happy to say it more than lived up to them.
Let’s start with the unboxing. Everything is packaged well, easy to unpack, and you can have the monitor fully set up in about ten minutes. I will say that out of the box, the picture settings are cranked up to eleven. The colors are incredibly vivid, but they’re also quite inaccurate—especially if you’re watching movies or TV shows that aren’t in a wide color gamut. You can cycle through the various presets, but customization is really only available in the User mode.
Once I took the time to dial in the settings, though, the results were worth it. The visuals are stunning, with deep contrast, rich colors, and those black levels you only get with an OLED
Performance is excellent as well. The high refresh rate makes gameplay feel unbelievably smooth, and I didn’t run into any screen tearing or flickering. Overall, I came away extremely impressed with the entire experience and would highly recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a premium gaming display.

Makes Racing Games More Immersive

I remember being a kid and some of my favorite memories were going to my local arcade and playing the latest racing games. There was nothing like the thrill of gripping a steering wheel and using the pedals to control the car. So I was genuinely excited when I got my hands on the Thrustmaster T248R racing wheel.
The first thing you notice when you take it out of the box is the build quality. Even though it's mainly plastic, it feels very sturdy. The clamp holds it firmly in place, and the pedals have a satisfying heft with good resistance when you press them down. Overall, the build quality is highly impressive.
Setup was also easy—just a couple of cables connected and the wheel clamped to my desk, and I was ready to go. If you're using it on a PC, it works right out of the box, but to unlock all the features, you’ll want to download the software for the wheel.
Once I was up and running, the experience was awesome. The wheel is incredibly responsive, and the pedals feel resistant without being too stiff. Everyone in my family wanted to try it—even my kids, who are usually glued to their tablets, came over and had a blast.
If you enjoy racing games and want to make the experience more immersive, I definitely recommend getting this wheel. It’s very well built and performs amazingly.

Amazing Sound, Amazing Headphones

Do you ever watch a TV show or read a book and suddenly realize you just want to stay in that world a little longer? That’s exactly how I feel about these Sennheiser headphones—they create a world of sound I never want to leave.
I know that sounds dramatic, but once you hear them for yourself, you’ll understand. Still, let’s start at the beginning.
When you first get the box, It’s pretty underwhelming. Sure, it’s labeled with Hi-Res Audio and “audiophile” branding, but nothing about the packaging feels like a premium product. Even once opened, it still doesn’t scream high-end.
In fact, at first, they look a lot like Sennheiser’s Momentum 4s. The design is similar, but the resemblance stops there. These headphones take everything Sennheiser has done before and push it to a new level. Comfort is dramatically improved with thicker ear cushions and a more padded headband.
But the real star is the sound. These are tuned flat—not in a boring way, but in a highly accurate, But because of that tuning, they’re extremely easy to EQ to your liking. The new app makes it simple to fine-tune and instantly compare settings, giving you full control over your sound.
I had high expectations going in, but I was still blown away. The level of detail is stunning it’s like hearing all music for the first time again. Even the ANC has taken a noticeable step forward. Switching it on feels like being transported into a different world entirely.
And then there’s the BTD 700 dongle, which is the HD 630’s secret weapon for Apple users. It unlocks high-res audio and expands what these headphones can do. It’s not perfect, but in gaming mode it’s surprisingly decent for light gaming and movie watching.
I could keep going, but the bottom line is simple: these headphones are outstanding. I can’t recommend them highly enough

They will work on PS5 but the volume wheel does not work to control the volume you have to use PS5's digital control to change it.

I am interested in the new LG UP970 4K Blu-ray player. the limited info out now indicates it has two HDMI ports out. one is 2.0 and the other is 1.4. my question has to do with the slower one. is this full spectrum, both audio and video?
The First Port Is For Video and Audio and the Second Port IS for Audio only as I understand. The Point of the feature is so you can connect your 4K tv to get all of the features and benefits of 4K UHD but if you have a receiver that cannot pass that through you can still send Audio to your receiver.

Can google home speak or answer to foreign languages. Google now does speaks multi languages, but I don't know about google home can do this. I know Alexa can't speak foreign languages.
In the Options menu I only see option for the assistant language to be in english
