Great Overall Starting PC

The Lenovo Idea centre PC is a great overall starting PC.
It can handle all of the basic task you would need to do like web surfing or word processing, but it also has enough power for photo editing and even some game playing.

While the processor is very good the graphics card it comes with is a couple of years old and you would do well upgrading that if you wanted to use this as a game machine.
But overall this is a very good PC. The Design of the case is also very stylish and looks good sitting in my computer desk.
If you are looking for a good PC and you are not looking at something top of the line this would be a very good choice.

Cool Spider Man Toy For Kids

My son loves spiderman it's his favorite super hero character. So watching him open up and hear spiderman talk to him was one of the greatest things ever.
He loves talking to spiderman and going on "adventures" with him. For older kids or adults I don't think the toy has much staying power as spiderman does not do much but for my 7yr old its a dream come true to talk to spiderman and hang out with him.
Setting up Spiderman was a breeze it was a bit of a bummer that we had to do a couple of different updates and wait about 30 minutes before we could get it up and running. but after that no problems so far.
The only reason Spiderman does not get 5 stars from me is the target audience that would actually enjoy this product is very small.

Great Indoor Cameras

These D link camera far surpassed my expectations in quality and ease of use.
My first surprise was how tiny the camera's were much smaller than i expected which make it much easier to put pretty much anywhere we need it.
We have a baby coming soon as these cameras are going to end up being perfect to be able to watch the baby in their crib while we are downstairs with our other kids.
The set up was a breeze I plugged in the power to the camera loaded up the app went through a couple of steps and was up an running within 10 mins.
The app works well and you are able to set up notifications so if the camera hears noise or movement it will notify you. The lag between the movement and notification is a bit long for my liking and it during my testing it did not notify me everytime, but it works reasonably well
If you are in the market for some indoor cameras I would give these a shot they are extremely easy to use and the quality is very good.

Speed! Speed! Speed!

Linksys is one of my favorite brands when it comes to routers. they work great and easier to install and often times very user friendly.
The Linksys WRT32X is no exception it was easy to set up get up and running and go. The range on the router was terrific, There is one corner of my house upstairs that gets spotty performance depending on the router. I was easily able to get a solid strong signal using this router.
All my devices and gaming consoles worked great through ethernet and through Wi Fi. My internet is 60mbs down and I was actually constantly seeing 62-65 down using this router.
This router is great especially if you are looking for a router for gaming this one is great. I would caution that the big thing they tout on this router is its Killer Network integration not many products can use this feature so you could probably find a Linksys router that works just as well that you would not be paying the premium for this feature.
If you are interested in this Router do not hesitate to buy it. It is great and highly recommended.

Great vacuum cleaner

I'll start with this I'm not a big fan of the color on this vacuum, but it's honestly the best one I have ever used.
Shark is quickly becoming my favorite appliance company. They offer great products at great prices.
This vacuum cleaner works great I love the fact that when you have it on it feels like it's moving itself. Makes vacuuming the floors easier all the attachments were great to clean up all the crumbs and garbage my kids leave on the couch.
It's incredibly easy to take apart to clean. And the vacuum itself is not very heavy making it easy to move around the house.
I easily can say I recommend this vacuum to anyone looking for a new one.

Excellent Toothbrush with great smart features

Call me skeptical but when I first saw smart toothbrush I thought this has to be a gimmick. this sounds so dumb, well I am here to tell you that I was wrong.
This has to be the best toothbrush I have used in general and the smart features help make it better rather try to be the main features.
Its hard to describe how well it works besides saying after each brush session my teeth felt cleaner than with other brushes. I love that the app helps me get all areas of my mouth and not to miss anything.
Is it expensive? yes but is it worth it? I would say yes it is worth it. I bought additional brushes so my wife could also use it.
I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a new toothbrush and wants something more than a regular one.

Good 4K Player But Not the Best

The LG UP970 4K UHD player is not what I expected and fell far short of my expectations, especially compared to the competition at this price range.
The Player worked fine when it came to playing movies, though it did have some issues with some movies especially some early Sony Titles of making a humming which then went away as the movie went on, but it was noticeable. The picture quality was just as good as other players on the market the only issue again was the hum with certain discs.
Yet I had two big issues with the player that really soured me on it that are things LG could fix with a firmware update.
The first is every time the player tries to reconnect to my network or loses connection to my network it display a pretty decent size picture of a globe with an airplane on it. It is incredibly distracting when you are watching a movie, with any of my other devices or players I never had anything like happen so often when watching movies.
I even went into the menu to see if i could turn off the connection to my network as I did not need while watching movies and there is no option in the system to turn off the Wifi

My second Issue is the app selection is almost non existent, especially if someone is looking to buy a player that will play their movies but also stream for them they are limited to Netflix and youtube. Both apps work well on the system but it is disappointing that they do not have any other options. Hopefully LG adds more apps to the system.
This Player is the only one from the big 3 companies that will support Dolby Vision so if you have a tv that supports Dolby Vision this might be the player for you, but at the time of this writing the firmware update to add support has not come out yet.
If you do not need Dolby Vision I would probably pass on this player until LG can fix some the issues it has.

Great Multi Use Printer

If you are looking for a solid no frills works as advertised printer then here you go The HP Envy 6255 works great. It was very easy to set up and so far has been very easy to use. I can use it my PC like a normal printer and also very easily print my phone.
The printer is not going to be as good as some of the higher end ones when it comes to the level of detail for photos but I dont need it for that and I would not buy this one if you were looking for something like that.
I mainly use it for work and so far it has been great. could not recommend it more.

Great Indoor Grill

I was happily surprised after using this grill that it worked exactly as advertised. When I first opened the box and set up the grill which by the way was incredibly easy it really is just two pieces you put into place, I thought that there was no way this was going to produce less smoke.
But after using it this past weekend and cooking several types of meats on it. I was shocked to how well the grill cooked the meat just using light and how little smoke was ever produced.
It is very easy to clean and very portable at the same time large enough to make a good amount of food. My only gripe is that because the lights it uses are so powerful it can be hard to tell how cooked the food is and you either have to use a bright light, a thermometer, or just take the food off the grill to check it.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a grill and lives in a apartment or just doesn't want to cook outside.

Great All Around Headphones

The JBL Everest 710 Headphones are fantastic some of the best headphones I have ever used.
Im not a big bluetooth headphone user most of the time but these headphones have great button placement they are so intuitive and easy to find. I am never second guessing myself on what button Im pressing or doing something I did not intend to.
I first started out using them with the included cable but as I used the bluetooth more and the ease of it to use I have used the headphones more often with bluetooth.

Another Bluetooth feature I enjoyed was the share me. My blu ray player can send audio out bluetooth so you can listen to movies on your headphones. turned on the share me feature connected an older pair of bluetooth headphones my wife had and viola we were both watching a movie with our headphones on.
The sound quality is really good also, most people will want to know if the headphones have good bass. I think they do have very good bass, now saying that I do not think that these are extremely bass heavy headphones the sound is very balanced.
Overall I really enjoy these headphones, they are honestly some of the best I have used and they do not cost you an arm and a leg.
