Comes with a metal plate inside the wristband that creates contact between you and the alligator clip that is supposed to be clipped to a grounded surface.
What's great about it: Ease of setup, okay price
What's not so great: Velcro wristband instead of rubber, short grounding wire.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works good! I never fried any of my hardware I have installed. I would recommend getting one

This wristband fits great and seems durable enough to be used for replacing parts inside of my machine. The wristband has a metal plate inside of it that grounds you when you connect the bands alligator clip to a grounded surface. The only downside is that the wristband is not rubber and flexible instead it is a velcro latch.
